Boarding Schools
Boarding schools are similar to standard day schools but also have residential facilities for the pupil to live, during term time. Indeed, most boarding schools in the UK also operate as a day school for pupils that live with a reasonable travelling distance.
There are over 500 independent boarding schools in Britain and has become an increasingly popular choice for parents and guardians within the UK and overseas.

There are different types of boarding:
Full-boarding: the boarder stays at the school during term time and visits home during school holidays i.e.: Half Term, End of Term, Easter and Christmas
Weekly-boarding: the boarder stays at the school during weekdays and at home over the weekend
Flexi-boarding: a combination of the above
School fees at a boarding school range from about £3500 to £6500 (GBP) per term (3 terms per academic year) for Full boarding. Weekly and Flexi-boarding are usually slightly lower.
